Glenn Barker

Glenn brings a huge wealth of knowledge and experience to Partners Like Us, with just under twenty-five years of experience in the expatriate financial planning and wealth management industry, having worked for well-established international private banks in the Isle of Man and Channel Islands.  He is fluent in three languages and has lived in different countries across different continents, which helps him better understand the challenges faced by expatriates, especially when it comes to finding a trusted professional who prioritises their needs above all else.

Over the years, Glenn has developed long-term trusted relationships with clients and their families, by taking the time to understand what really matters to them and then formulate a clear, honest, and jargon-free financial plan to help achieve their goals.  Using his qualifications with the UK Chartered Insurance Institute, he focuses on providing highly regulated, holistic financial planning and wealth management solutions.

Outside of work, Glenn values quality family time spent with his wife, two children and two dogs.  When he is not shuttling his children to and from football, padel, and horse riding, he enjoys a game of padel and can also be found in the surrounding mountains walking the dogs.
